Pea Pod Bowl #2

An early piece from 2010, this hard maple bowl has been in my collection since it was made, and it's time to make room for new pieces. A special, one-of-a-kind piece from my time making art at 2am, in my basement in Burnt Hills, NY.

this is finished with hand mixed garnet shellac, and the bottom was painted black and then wire-brushed. 

22 3/4" long, 4 3/4" wide, and 2 1/2" tall. 12 oz.
